- Any Payment made for the Prestige Bridal Show is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
- Certificate of Liability: Your business must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Prestige Productions and the Davenport Country Club as additional insured. COL must be submitted to Prestige Productions no later than one week prior to show
- Final payments must be made no later than one week prior to show — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Non-payment will result in forfeiture of your booth space.
- Event organizers reserve the right to place all exhibitors at their discretion.
- One table and 2 chairs will be provided for your booth space. Additional Charges are required for extra tables or extra booth space.
- Show hours are 9am-3pm. All booths need to be fully staffed during show hours.
- Early breakdowns are NOT permitted Early breakdowns not only cause you to lose out on potential business, but it leaves a negative impression about the show on our brides and will not be tolerated.
